2010 - June - Chumstick

The pictures are from JR's eighth annual Chumstick GPS ride. The Tahuya Trail Rider (TTR) crew showed up in mass this year. A fantastic ride as always. Many thanks to JR for putting on such a superb event! All pictures were taken with a Nikon D90 and an 18-200mm VR lens. Enjoy.

  • We attempted to take several 4x4 roads that supposedly would like us to the east and the Liberty Beehive road. Unfortunately, they either didn't go through or were impossibly hard on fully loaded bikes. This picture doesn't do it justice -- I was shooting down a very steep hill. It took Mike and Chuck several minutes to right Mike's KLX.
